I started practicing yoga as a child and realized at an early age that my passions lay with alternative health and educating people into a more holistic lifestyle.
I studied massage and aromatherapy, crystal healing, herbalism, Reiki and many other healing techniques.
I have been teaching yoga for over 20yrs to all ages and levels.
I also teach baby massage and pregnancy yoga and am an experienced birth partner having attended many births and even had the honour of delivering one when the baby arrived before the midwife.
Writing is another big passion of mine and I am excited to be able to combine both this and my many years of experience in alternative health and yoga and to share with you.
I am a BWY teacher and hold the highest accreditation from Yoga Alliance Professionals UK. I am also a senior faculty member of the triyoga teacher training diploma and created the accredited ‘teaching yoga to children’ training.
